We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own startups. Our team of experienced serial founders, including Paul Müller, founder of Adjust, and Petter Made, founder of SumUp, aim to support exceptional individuals like yourself in building successful companies worth over €1 billion.

We offer a unique opportunity for you to be employed by us while you build your startup, or choose up to €500k in funding instead. This allows you to focus on growing your business without financial worries.

  • A salary while you work on your startup

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for owning, building, and running your startup in fields such as Blockchain and Crypto
  • You will embark on a personal development journey crafted by experienced founders and follow a customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management
  • You will receive support in hiring through our network and advice from serial entrepreneurs
  • You will receive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding
  • You will iterate your product with us until reaching product-market-fit and receive support in building a sales force or marketing engine
Requirements
  • You must be based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate
  • You should be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
  • You should have excellent communication skills in English
