We are seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to contribute to our ongoing projects in Ireland. The role includes a company car and requires travel to different parts of the country.
Responsibilities- Conduct surveys on existing housing stock, including local authority properties.
- Utilize costing and pricing tools to ensure sufficient fee generation.
- Perform on-site inspections, accurately recording and reporting survey details.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality surveying services.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, be Chartered or on the path to becoming one, and possess excellent communication skills.
