About the Role:
  • Supervises and supports the audit team to deliver high-quality audits within set parameters.
  • Leverages expertise in audit methodology and tools to manage key stakeholders and ensure effective communication of business risks.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with business managers to improve controls and influence positive change.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in internal or external audit, with a strong background in auditing technology risks and controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess and prioritise data effectively.
  • CISA qualification or similar, with experience in financial crime from an audit or risk capacity.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in finance, including internal or external auditing, or a Chartered Accountancy qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead a team and promote talent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback and coaching.
