About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to assist the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and plating desserts, breads, and other pastry items to Michelin standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and plating desserts, breads, and other pastry items to Michelin standards.
- Support the Head Pastry Chef and wider kitchen team in daily operations and service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately with consistency and attention to detail.
- Take initiative to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.
- Previous pastry experience in a professional setting is preferred.
- Genuine passion for pastry, desserts, and fine dining.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team.
- Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
