Quality Assurance Manager

As a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. The position of QA Team Leader is key to driving quality improvements, managing inspections, and supporting compliance and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support QA Analysts across operations.
- Oversee QA inspections and ensure quality records are maintained.
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and CAPAs.
- Review and manage non-conforming material.
- Support internal audits (ISO 9001:2015) and site quality health assessments.
- Develop and implement training, documentation, and risk-based quality plans.
- Evaluate and enhance quality metrics reporting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 23 years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing or QA setting.
- 34 years of experience in QA systems and processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality tools (e.g., 6W2H, UPS) and root cause analysis methods.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and data integrity principles.
