At Staycity Group, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Aparthotel Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working at the Front Desk in a similar property and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They will be highly focused, motivated, and professional in appearance and presentation to represent the Staycity Group Brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the front desk on a daily basis, liaising between guests and all departments, and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner in conjunction with the Standard of Procedure.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the preparation of breakfast for our Staycity Cafe, verifying payment upon check-in, and following the procedure for each different payment type.

Additionally, you will supervise department employees, ensuring the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated, anticipate and rectify problems to ensure the guest's well-being and satisfaction within the hotel, and manage and motivate a team of direct reports on a daily basis.
