We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, developing innovative solutions that drive business growth.

About the Job:

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and monitoring machine learning models that deliver personalized and automated customer experiences throughout our Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply deep learning methods and technologies to solve complex NLP challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable AI systems.
  • Work closely with engineering partners to ensure smooth model deployment and performance metrics.
  • Design and implement online metrics and user feedback for AI/ML features.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning with a Bachelor's degree; or 1+ year of experience with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
  • Experience programming in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or an equivalent deep learning framework.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, including LLMs and language representations.
  • Fluent in Python.
