Job Title: Care Worker

Care workers play a vital role in supporting people with dementia and their carers, enabling them to live independently and safely.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others. If you have experience of working with vulnerable adults and are passionate about delivering person-centred care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to people with dementia, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • FETAC Level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
