Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

Dublin City Centre, North Wall is home to a thriving technology solutions team focused on delivering innovative systems in the trade surveillance space. We are seeking experienced Business Systems Analysts to join our growing team, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. You will be working on systems that support compliance and risk management through the monitoring and analysis of trading activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal teams to gather, refine, and prioritise system requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear specifications.
  • Design and support delivery of technology solutions and data workflows.
  • Analyse large datasets to support system accuracy and performance.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Background working on complex systems and data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work across both business and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with trade lifecycle and data analysis tools (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
  • Experience working with third-party platforms or regulatory technologies is beneficial.
