About This Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to join our dynamic team as an EBT Instructor, contributing to the growth and development of individuals with disabilities.

As an EBT Instructor, you will design and deliver training programs that cater to the unique needs of our learners, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in their chosen careers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain program allocations, ensuring seamless progression for learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, covering multiple modules for QQI Level 4 certification.
  • Support learners in identifying their strengths and weaknesses, developing personalized training plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain program allocations, ensuring efficient progression for learners.
  • Help learners explore their future career and educational direction, guiding them in making informed choices.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Third-level qualification in Education/Training or Social Sciences.
  • Relevant pedagogical/training qualification, such as Train the Trainer QQI Level 6.
  • Considerable experience working with learners in educational contexts.
  • Advantageous to have experience in mental health-related areas.
