Job Opportunity: Residential Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead various projects in residential design, detailed design, tender action, and site operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years post-registration experience in architecture and excellent CAD and graphic presentation skills.
  • You will be responsible for running projects depending on current requirements and must be committed to the highest standards in design and practice.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, with a working knowledge of planning and building regulations.
  • Experience in preparing detailed design and tender documentation is essential.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Architect, working on a variety of residential projects in Ireland and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from design through to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, communicating effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and effective solutions to complex architectural problems.

Requirements:

  • Professional membership of the relevant architectural institution (e.g. RIAI)
  • Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years post-registration experience in residential architecture
