Job Description
This role involves taking responsibility for increasing brand distribution and visibility of Nestlé products within retailers in your area as a Territory Manager on our Nestlé Grocery Team.
You will focus on product merchandising to actively plan, position, and promote products by providing market-leading strategic insight, analysis, and in-store execution.
The goal is to achieve the very best return from customers through category-led selling and building solid relationships with negotiation skills.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment helping Nestlé brands deliver their key sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Increasing brand distribution and visibility of Nestlé products within retailers
- Product merchandising and promotion using market-leading strategic insight, analysis, and in-store execution
- Category-led selling to achieve the best return from customers
- Negotiation and relationship-building to achieve goals in store
Requirements
A background in Field Sales or FMCG is of interest but not essential.
We believe that with the right attitude you can excel in our team as we pride ourselves on training and developing our colleagues.
Evidence of your Right to Work in Ireland is required.
Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans.
