About the Position:

We are looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Career Vision Recruiters' client hotel in Leixlip. The successful candidate will have experience in accommodation supervision or a related field and possess strong leadership skills.

Main Duties:

  1. Oversee Department Operations: Coordinate the daily activities of the accommodation department and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  2. Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and support to a small team of housekeeping staff to help them develop their skills and improve their performance.
