This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale residential project.

The Construction Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for the residential development project.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Ensure all site operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control, inspecting work regularly and ensuring it meets both company and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage the project site schedule, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
