Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Site Lead

Job Summary:

This is a high-impact site-wide leadership role at our 3D printing facility.

  • Maintenance of EHS management system in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparation and delivery of training programmes.
  • Conducts regular EHS inspections and audits.
  • Preparation of EHS reports/metrics for stakeholders.
  • Leads on EHS issues, stays abreast of evolving standards and technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensures procedures and documents are kept up to date.
  2. Liaises with cross-functional teams to address EHS issues.
  3. Monitors EHS legislation ensuring compliance.
  4. Identifies areas requiring action and leads investigations as necessary.
  5. Assesses the EHS impact of proposed changes to plant, process, equipment etc.
Requirements:
  • Third level qualification in EHS, Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • A proven track record of success as an EHS Manager in a manufacturing facility.
  • Ongoing professional development in the area of EHS desirable.
