Job Title: Senior/Principal Hydromorphologist/Hydrologist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our water projects and management initiatives throughout Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding hydromorphological and hydrological aspects of ecological status as per the Water Framework Directive.
  • Implementing measures to improve hydromorphology and hydrology where needed, focusing on nature-based solutions and natural flood management.
  • Conducting geomorphological assessments, river restorations, fish passage improvements, and peatland restorations.
Requirements:
  • Education to at least Degree level (Level 8/9).
  • Relevant work experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Chartered Scientist, Environmentalist, or Ecologist designation.
  • Experience in business development, client engagement, proposal writing, and project delivery.
  • Full driving license and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
