About the Role:

The Facilities and Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all site facilities and mill production activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating site surface contractors and non-Maintenance works.
  • Coordinating mill production routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Promoting best practices relating to environment, health, safety and quality (EHSQ).

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in heavy industrial process.
  • A technical or industrial safety qualification.
  • Experience in contractor management.

Working Hours:

  • Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week.
  • On-call weekend cover as part of a team roster.
