Job Description
This part-time (120 hours per 4 weeks) Social Care Worker role involves working in our Children's residential service. You will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing individual plans to meet the aspirations and goals of each person you support.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care/Social Care Practice/Applied Social Studies and have experience working with people with an intellectual disability. They must also be able to drive and possess a full driving license.
- Taking a lead role in the coordination, development, and implementation of individual plans.
- Reviewing and updating plans on a regular basis.
- Undertaking duties and responsibilities delegated by the Person-in-Charge in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the safe use and maintenance of aids and appliances used within the houses/places of work.
