Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Installation Programmes and Projects for our SEAI One Stop Shop division and commercial projects.
  • Oversee project interfaces between the employer and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, operations teams, sales teams, and installation contractors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure seamless project execution, meeting health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, costs, and programme information reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination within construction projects and/or renewables.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, making informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Commercial awareness, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software.
  • Familiarity with solar or HVAC industry principles, CAD design software, and CRM systems.
