About the Role
We seek an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and addressing client queries.
Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Prepare financial statements up to the trial balance stage.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
- Compile and submit supporting documentation to revenue authorities.
- Prepare and submit VAT, RCT, PAYE, and VIES returns.
Requirements
- At least 12 months' experience in payroll management within an accountancy practice in Ireland.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
