About the Role

We seek an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and addressing client queries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare financial statements up to the trial balance stage.
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Address client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Compile and submit supporting documentation to revenue authorities.
  • Prepare and submit VAT, RCT, PAYE, and VIES returns.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months' experience in payroll management within an accountancy practice in Ireland.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
