Lead Transportation Projects and Deliver Results

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading transportation projects that focus on active travel and public traffic schemes. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the team.

You will manage flood risk assessment projects, advise clients on mitigation strategies, compliance, and climate resilience. Additionally, you will deliver structural projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality requirements.

You will also lead the technical and engineering functions of the business, ensuring best-in-class design, delivery, and compliance across civil projects. Furthermore, you will act as the client's technical representative on site, ensuring works are delivered in line with design, contract specifications, and industry best practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (as applicable per role)
  • Experience relevant to the role (e.g., active travel projects and public traffic schemes; flood risk assessment; structural project delivery; civils technical leadership)
  • Ability to independently manage projects with strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
