About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex question-answer pairs and creating scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your tasks will include:

  • Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
  • Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, economics or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in product content writing, product copywriting, consumer product analysis, technical product writing, user experience writing, or product research analysis
  • Professional experience in retail sectors such as electronics and gadgets, home appliances, health and wellness products, beauty and personal care, fashion and apparel, home and furniture, automotive and accessories
  • Proficient English language skills (C2 level)
  • The ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging guidelines
