FP&A Leader
We are seeking an FP&A leader to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading financial planning and analysis activities, shaping the financial strategy, and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans and forecasts.
- Analyse profit and loss performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
- Support long-term strategic planning, develop financial models, and provide financial insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic financial analysis and advice.
- Enhance management information reporting tools and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Evaluate business cases for capital expenditures and contribute to working capital management.
- Establish best practices and maintain high standards within the finance team.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in financial modelling, decision support, and strategic financial analysis.
- Ability to deliver complex financial insights and recommendations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with advanced financial systems and tools.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence decisions.
