Job Title:

Senior Engineering Manager - Infrastructure Projects

Job Summary:

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires extensive experience in design, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  2. Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  3. Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to plan and manage design activities
  4. Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and health and safety regulations
  5. Coordinate with other team members across disciplines
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field, with Chartered Engineer status
  • Minimum of 15 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
