Assistant Land Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Land Acquisition Specialist to join our Land Team in Ireland. As part of this team, you'll be responsible for liaising with landowners affected by development, obtaining necessary consents, gaining access, and compensating them for scheme impacts.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of land access and acquisition projects, identifying land ownership, consulting with landowners, undertaking property valuation, and assessing and negotiating compensation.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver land access, agreements, stakeholder engagement, and project consenting stages. You'll also secure and acquire appropriate land rights for large-scale development projects, negotiate Heads of Terms, and manage information in databases and GIS.
This role would suit someone wanting to develop their skills in land assembly, working on significant infrastructure projects in energy, road, rail, and renewable sectors.
