Key Responsibilities

The Digital Transformation Director will lead the site's digital transformation journey, working closely with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team to promote internal communication on projects, digital, data, and performance improvement plans. Key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining an OPEX management system
• Embedding Performance 360 across the site
• Developing and executing the Digital Transformation roadmap in line with corporate strategic priorities
• Developing Data Analytics capability on site to explore and analyse data to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Being the owner of KPIs and Operational Excellence onsite

The ideal candidate will have a degree in an Engineering or scientific discipline, 10+ years of experience in project management or a business improvement program in a manufacturing environment, and strong analytical skills, the ability to identify, develop & lead performance improvement programs, and a proven track record of multi-tasking and prioritizing successfully.
