The Role:- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, payroll, and gender pay gap.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, including GDPR.
- Support payroll processing and collaborate on HR projects, including process improvement and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain accurate and reliable HR data sources.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
