Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager to manage and deliver full project lifecycles across technically challenging environmental projects.

  • Manage and deliver the full project lifecycle, from design to handover, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop designs, technical reports, and construction drawings, utilizing expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Prepare and manage contract programmes, technical submissions, and risk assessments, maintaining quality and safety compliance.
  • Supervise on-site works, including subcontractors and directly employed trades, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Monitor financial progress, track variations, and maintain quality/safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements for Success
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with significant exposure to project management.
  • Strong skills in project delivery, contractor management, and documentation, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Experience in plant design, construction, and commissioning, with a solid understanding of water/wastewater infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and vendor drawings, with a focus on coordination and collaboration.
