Director of Nursing Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to lead the development and delivery of day services for adults with disabilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and coordinating staff support and supervision. They will also have line management responsibility for another nursing professional managing a separate day service.
We are looking for a registered nurse with:
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification full-time experience
- 2 years full-time experience working with adults with disabilities
- 2 years management/coordination experience including managing people and staff support and supervision
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a full clean driver's license and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
