The Corporate Administrator role assists the GPFS International team in servicing clients, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless workflow execution.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and clients.

  • Improve processes and procedures to standardize workflows
  • Coordinate with operations directors for new workflow software initiatives
  • Ensure service levels meet highest standards and deliverables are accurate and on time
  • Develop and foster client relationships, establishing confidence in ability to execute

Maintain client contact database, ensuring proper and timely entry and update of investor information into CRM portal.

Assess and monitor risk profiles of investors, reviewing CDD documentation and performing sanctions screenings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Company Secretarial function as required
  • Support client onboarding processes related to Company Secretarial and Administration requirements
  • Contribute to client-wide decision-making processes over key issues
  • Manage internal and external (e.g., NED) diaries
