As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving retail sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer engagement skills, the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, and previous experience in OTC sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring accurate cash management duties.

You will also be responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, building customer loyalty through tailored conversations, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer confidence and healthcare needs.


Requirements:
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Previous experience in OTC sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and interest in retail pharmacy
