  • Provide Regulatory Competency Development support, participate in continuous personal learning and training, and analyse and report on data related to Quality & Safety business intelligence.

Requirements

  • High level of flexibility and personal motivation to drive a safe and reliable health and social care environment.
  • Personal passion for sustaining the highest standards, meeting regulatory requirements, and promoting best practices.
  • At least 3 years experience in management within the older persons sector or management experience in a relevant compliance or quality role.
