We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the Irish insulation and retrofit market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction sales and be well-versed in the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme. As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers, follow leads provided by SEAI, and provide expert guidance on home energy assessments, insulation options, grants, and financing.
This is a field-based position covering counties Kerry, Limerick, and Cork, with a focus on both domestic and commercial projects. You will oversee project start dates and serve as the primary point of contact for any queries related to works. In addition, you will assist property owners in applying for SEAI grants and finance options.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultations: Advise clients on home energy assessments, insulation options, grants, and financing.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from consultation to follow-up BER assessments.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits, including attic and wall inspections.
- Grant Information: Provide information for SEAI grants.
- You will come from a construction sales background with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge in insulation techniques and construction practices.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
A competitive salary in the region of €50 – €55,000, plus commission along with a company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, and assessing tools is offered.
