Logistics Operations Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee the design and execution of our logistics processes. Our team is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with hardware vendors, focusing on performance metrics and service level agreements
- Define and manage the logistics flow for hardware customers, ensuring seamless delivery and installation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps for logistics automation and process improvements
- Analyze key performance indicators and prepare strategic reports for stakeholders
- At least 6 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, vendor management, logistics, or project management roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex data-driven insights
- Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
