Head of Financial Claims Management

We are seeking a senior finance leader to head our claims function.
The Role- Provide strategic direction across billing, patient accounts, claims, and contracts functions.
- Oversee the end-to-end claims and billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital enablement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce claim denials.
- Develop key relationships with stakeholders, including insurers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor a large team, fostering high performance and professional development.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting wider financial objectives.
- 5+ years' experience in senior claims, billing, or revenue cycle leadership roles within complex organisations.
- A proven track record of delivering process enhancements, system optimisation, and operational transformation.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and advanced Excel capability.
- Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience managing large teams.
- Commercially minded, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly motivated, hands-on, and able to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
