Hotel Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to spearhead the opening and ongoing success of our dual-branded hotel in Belfast's vibrant Titanic Quarter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, systems implementation, brand standard alignment, and operational setup.
  • Develop a strategic plan for the hotel, focusing on operations and driving revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, prioritizing associate engagement and retention.
  • Maintain and monitor departmental areas according to Marriott standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective cost controls, revenue strategies, and profit maximization.
  • Promote the property within the local market, building strong partnerships and brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager or senior hotel leader in a branded hotel environment.
  • Pre-opening or conversion experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Marriott systems and tools (e.g., Opera/FOSSE, MARSHA, GXP, CI/TY).
  • Proven track record of delivering results across guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
