About Your Role

You will be the main point of contact for customers on the banking hall floor, engaging with them to understand their needs. Directing customers to self-service options such as mobile apps, internet banking, and kiosks. If required, guiding them to Teller or Customer Service staff. Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
