Job Title: Mortgage Administrator
About This RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our mortgage team as a Mortgage Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mortgage cases from approval to completion.
Main Responsibilities- Manage mortgage cases post-approval through to drawdown.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and internal stakeholders.
- E nsure files are complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Track key milestones and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Experience in mortgage or financial services administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
This is a full-time permanent contract with 37.5 hours per week.
