ECCE Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECCE professional to lead our early childhood education program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.

• Develop and implement comprehensive early childhood education programs that align with national standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2.5 to 5 years.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that support holistic child development.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and scheme guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working in a preschool or early years setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
