About the Role

The CAD detailer will work under the guidance of the design lead, coordinating with other departments to produce detailed drawings of modular buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating 3D models of projects using Revit software
  • Producing structural steel drawings and coordinating with assembly teams to communicate design intent
  • Generating renders of proposed construction
  • Drafting fabrication drawings for the workshop
  • Revising drawings as necessary and re-issuing to relevant parties

This position requires a strong background in CAD software, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and provide accurate designs that adhere to building regulations.
