Programme Delivery Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Specialist to lead a team of project managers in delivering complex IT change portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale IT and business transformation projects.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of project managers across full project lifecycles
  • Managing programme-level governance, risks, budgets, and resource planning
  • Acting as a key point of escalation and alignment across business change and IT

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes within enterprise environments
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in managing financials, reporting, and risk at portfolio level
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, P3 O or equivalent)

Salary and Benefits:

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of €85,000 - €95,000 DOE.
