BIM Manager Position

Established Contractor seeks BIM Manager for design management capability expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs, produce workshop drawings, and manage coordination between departments.
  • Maintain technical excellence across projects and opportunities from pre-project to detailed delivery.
  • Lead pre-construction phase design processes, liaise with client and design team.
  • Audit designs, identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and missing information.
  • Manage production and control of design program and report against it.
  • Review design development regularly with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage production and approval of samples, mock-ups, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role within construction sector.
  • Degree certification in relevant subject desirable.
  • Knowledgeable in current building regulations and H&S legislation.
  • Passion for design, commitment to excellence, and focus on continuous improvement.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
  • Excellent organisational skills to prioritise work, deliver on time, and delegate effectively.
