Embedded Software Testing Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of test plans, test cases, and test case reports based on product specifications, industry standards, and requirements. This is a full-time position requiring daily presence at our office.
Responsibilities- Verify embedded firmware functionality at the function level.
- Conduct verification of products and devices.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test case reports based on product specifications, industry standards, and requirements.
- Support and enhance production software and functional testing.
- Execute product validation tasks using in-house and industry processes and tools.
- Understand various types of tests including component-level, integration, production, regression, white box, and black box.
- Continuously improve the test process.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a software testing or quality assurance role.
- Good understanding of electrical circuit elements, parameters, and wiring.
- Exposure or knowledge of industry methodologies and test execution and automation tools such as ADS, DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, Agile.
- Knowledge/experience of operating lab equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, safety test equipment.
- Industrial IoT Experience - Design, Verification, and Test.
- C#.NET for Windows-based Test Environment, Configuration Tools, Production Testers, and Production DLL.
- Experience working with DALI-2 Protocol/Devices.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently on test reports, technical issues, solutions, and workarounds.
- Demonstrable team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while showcasing innovation and creativity.
- Quick learner with a proactive self-starter attitude.
