The Role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker

The primary responsibility is to provide care to individuals who avail of our service. We support you in developing your skills to deliver high-quality care, maintain professional relationships, and enable individuals to reach their full potential.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily plans
  • Community-based support
  • Education, skills development, and personal outcomes support
  • Living skills support, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week
  • Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; all necessary training provided
  • Social Care Workers: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
  • Relevant life experience desirable but not essential
  • Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
  • Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving
