Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist to join our dynamic team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, development, and maintenance of our enterprise applications, ensuring they meet the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications including CRM, QMS, SRM.
  • Ensure that enterprise applications are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and enforce best practices in application development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements or solutions that enhance functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and integration teams on new system and applications integrating into existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure enterprise applications are secure, scalable, and comply with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
