Job Description

In this role, you will utilize your expertise to counsel clients on employment tax, global mobility, social security, and personal income tax. Your primary responsibility involves guiding clients through cross-border employment complexities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
  • Designing workforce tax planning initiatives to optimize tax outcomes for clients.
  • Providing strategic advice on global mobility programs and their tax implications.
  • Managing tax aspects of global mobility, including equalisation, protection, and planning.
  • Handling tax disputes and resolving global mobility-related issues.
  • Assessing and mitigating permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborating with legal teams to address employment law and tax compliance.
  • Delivering training on global workforce tax matters to clients and stakeholders.
  • Building strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
