Life Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to administer life assurance policies with precision.

  • Administer life assurance policies accurately and efficiently.
  • Process pension scheme documentation and queries professionally.
  • Prepare investment portfolio valuations with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to guidelines.
  • Support sales teams with client onboarding and follow-up activities.
  • Liaise with life companies for timely processing of new and existing business.
  • Manage client queries with professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of QFA qualification.
  • Possess 2+ years of relevant experience in the life & pensions industry.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Irish life assurance, pension, and investment products.
  • Show exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
