Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior claims, billing, or revenue cycle leadership role within a complex organisation.">
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements, system optimisation, and operational transformation.">
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and advanced Excel capability.">
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing large teams.">
  • Commercially minded, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.">
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.">
