We have an exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre Senior Mechanical Services Specialist to coordinate the design and installation of mechanical services on high-density residential projects.
- Continuously monitor and manage the quality of M&E systems from initial coordination to final commissioning and handover.
- Support site construction management teams in coordinating M&E installations and assist with onsite problem-solving.
- Work with project design teams to ensure seamless interfaces between M&E systems and architectural elements.
- Oversight of M&E sub-contractors to ensure programme and quality expectations are met.
- Contribute to innovation and value engineering processes by implementing best-in-class mechanical systems and products.
- Manage temporary electric and water systems.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A third-level education in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- At least three years' post-qualification experience in a similar management role.
- A strong interest in energy management and emerging trends in residential building services design and construction.
- An advantage if you have a trade background.
- A focus on meeting deadlines and delivering programmes on time.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to:
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Showcase your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
