About the Role

The Global Investor Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager, Investor Services to provide exceptional support in various areas of investor services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in client management, data analysis, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage investor inquiries and deliverables across multiple alternative investment funds.
  • Oversee client onboarding and transfers, including KYC/AML reviews and ASL verification.
  • Collaborate with the fund administrator on TA services and production of client deliverables.
  • Review performance reports, client statements, notices, and data requests for completion and accuracy.
  • Identify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Serve as a data steward for firm and fund data requests and coordinate with the Data Governance team.
  • Manage the investor portal and serve as a subject matter expert on portal administration.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives to drive efficiency across the team.
  • Track, oversee, and validate the third-party administrator's quarterly key performance indicator (KPI) for Senior Management reporting.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners promptly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in client services, portfolio analytics, or a similar function in the investment management industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and scrutiny of performance data and analytics.
  • Self-starter, with strong accountability and adaptability skills, highly organized, and takes initiative with a positive attitude toward work.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with clients, external partners, and senior management.
  • Experience working across functional groups and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MS PowerPoint.
